Book a date
Choose your package and select your preferred date and time using our booking calendar. No deposit or upfront payment is required when booking.
During booking, you can provide your company details, office address and PO number, if applicable.
Need a quote or invoice first?
If your company requires a quote or invoice before confirming a booking, we're happy to help.
Send us your requirements, preferred date, location and any procurement or invoicing details. We'll get back to you within one working day.
Changes and cancellations
Rescheduling
If you need to change your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to arrange an alternative date, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your session. Any applicable cancellation charges will be set out in the booking agreement confirmed with your company.
If Jack is unable to attend
If Jack is unable to deliver the session due to illness, we will offer an alternative date. If a new date cannot be agreed, any payment already made for the session will be refunded.
