the founder of Samavita and the person who turns up at your office with the chair. I trained in traditional Thai massage at Thai Hand in Amsterdam and I've been giving massages in The Hague since 2023.

Why I bring massage into offices

I was drawn to Thai massage because of its ability to help people slow down, release tension and reconnect with their bodies. I bring massage into the workplace because I believe wellbeing shouldn't have to wait until the end of the working day — a little time to pause and reset can make a real difference. After their first session, people often tell me how relaxed they feel, how much lighter their shoulders are and how they wish they'd tried it sooner.
